Spectacular results from 2025 cohort

Victoria’s leading VCE English Language Tutor, producing multiple Raw 50s and 99.95 ATAR achievers every year.

Dear students and parents,

We at VCE Excel Education are delighted to celebrate another year of exceptional accomplishments with you!

Exactly one year ago, on the day of the ATAR release, I shared the outstanding achievements of the 2024 cohort: four students earned Raw 50s in VCE English Language, two students earned Raw 49s and over 90% scored above Raw 40 in both English Language and Chemistry.

This year, the 2025 cohort has made history once again!

Achievements

At the time of writing (12pm, 11th Dec), we are thrilled to announce that three students achieved a perfect Raw 50 inEnglish Language:

  • Yiluo Huang (MacRob)
  • Grace Cai (MacRob)
  • Zhanyi Li (MHS)

In addition, three students earned an impressive Raw 49 in English Language:

  • Lucy Huang (Ruyton)
  • Ben Ngo (CGS)
  • Claire Huang (MacRob)

These achievements, together with our impressive track record, are unmatched by any other tutor or institution in history.

Although I can’t list everyone here,it’s worth noting that many others achieved outstanding results, with scores ranging from 40 to 48 in both English Language and Chemistry.

Perfect ATARs

Eight students from this year’s cohort achieved the highest possible ATAR of 99.95:

  • Sunny Sun (CGGS)

A Message to the 2026 Cohort

To my incoming 2026 students, the achievements of this year’s cohort mark the standard you will soon surpass.Think of the year ahead as a blank canvas. What you create on it will depend on your discipline, your hunger to improve, and your resilience when things get difficult. Every SAC, every practice piece, every consultation, every feedback session is an opportunity to shape the masterpiece that will become your 2026 story.

To parents, this year’s outcomes offer clear, objective reassurance. Your child is entering a program built on precision, consistency, and a results-driven methodology. Year after year, our students perform at the top of the State, not by chance, but through a structured system refined over thousands of teaching hours and supported by a team dedicated to excellence.

Among the many remarkable stories from this year, I want to highlight the journey of Yiluo Huang, one of our Raw 50 scorers.

I still remember when she received her firstSAC score: an H (High).

At Mac.Rob, the grading scale is VH1 >VH2 > H > M > L. For many ambitious students, an H can feel disheartening. Some might lose confidence or even start to abandon their goals.

But not Yiluo.

With my guidance, she reread her SAC carefully, line by line, analysing every detail and extracting every possible lesson. She refused to let a single setback define her. With that determination, she rose to VH2, and later to the very top, VH1, in her subsequent SACs.

Her journey is a powerful reminder: success in VCE is not about where you start, but how you respond, adapt, and persist. And with the right guidance, mindset, and discipline, extraordinary improvement is not just possible, it is expected.

To my 2026 cohort, let Yiluo’s story be your reminder and inspiration.

A few disappointing SACs, or even a particularly harsh marker, should never define your future. Like Yiluo, focus on growth: review your work, learn from every setback, stay disciplined, and commit fully to improvement.

We look forward to another extraordinary year ahead!

Yours sincerely,

Harley Zhong
